Waterford's best-kept breakfast secret

You'll find us in an unassuming spot on the Park Road Business Centre, opposite the People's Park and a short roll from the river and the Waterford Greenway. Walk through the bright orange door and it feels less like a café and more like someone's kitchen — busy, warm and full of chat.

Regulars know it as Mad Ash's Kitchen, after Aisling herself — "Mad Ash" — who runs the place with a wooden spoon in one hand and a one-liner ready in the other. Almost everything is cooked fresh to order and a lot of it is baked in-house. Big portions, fair prices, and a bit of craic with your coffee.
